I build AI agents that do real work. Not demos, not a chatbot waiting for a prompt. Systems that run on a schedule, publish, check their own results, and get better the next week. I started with social media and outbound because I had done both by hand, and I knew which parts nobody should have to.

I build for the people who never got the chance to start a company. I have built and run two companies solo, and both are live for customers today. I study business at GW and spend most of my time on data and AI.

Why

Most people who could run a company never get to start one. The skill is there. What is missing is everything around it: the marketing, the outreach, the admin, the hours at a desk that a business needs before it earns anything. That work has always cost a payroll. So the plumber works for someone else's plumbing company, the host works for someone else's network, and the profit goes upstairs.

The idea I keep coming back to is that people should own what their work produces. For most of history that took capital, because owning a business meant paying people to do the parts you couldn't. Agents change the math. If software can carry the desk work that used to need a staff, then the person with the skill can own the whole business and keep what it earns. Whoever owns the tools keeps the profit. An agent is a tool that costs a monthly bill.

So I build for the middle. A two-person podcast. A one-truck roofing company. A student whose parents don't know anyone in finance. They will never build this for themselves, and they will never be big enough for Google or Meta to build it for them. The test I use: if the person wouldn't miss the task, it belongs to the agent. If they would, it stays theirs.

Everything below is the same idea pointed at different people. Aethelstan gives a small show the content team a network would have. TradeLead gives an independent tradesperson the lead pipeline of a regional company. 6bridge gives a student with no connections the map that kids from connected families are handed by default.

Aethelstan

Founder & operator · 2026 to now · self-funded · aethelstan.media

An operated agent for social media. A podcast gives it the show, and it does the rest: learns the brand, turns each episode into a week of short clips, posts them on a schedule, reads what happened, and uses that to cut next week's better. The owner approves. They never open an editor. Partnered with The Daily Beast. Past $1k in monthly revenue with no outside money.

Every customer gets their own agent, holding their own brand, accounts and goals. Nothing is a shared model. The part I care about most is the boring half: after every run, the agent checks its own work against the calendar. A run that produced nothing is marked failed. It is never written up as a success.

Work

Where I have been useful to someone else's company.

  1. May 2026 to now

    gtm/os Business development

    Washington, D.C.

gtm/os runs outbound for companies as an operated service. When they rebuilt the platform, I wrote the entire v2 codebase: the Claude MCP server, the reporting, the HubSpot integration, and the internal dashboard the team works from. I am also the first person a customer talks to and the line back to operations, and I help stand up campaigns when a new customer comes on.

  2. May to Aug 2026

    Advan Research Sales enablement

    New York

Built a multi-touch outbound lead engine and a listener that watches for buying signals across three lines of business, then worked with the customer success team on a sales dashboard they still use.

Projects

Same idea, different people.

6bridge

Live · free · open to George Washington University

Everyone you need to meet is six people away. Usually fewer. 6bridge shows you the chain. Upload the connections archive LinkedIn already lets you download, say where you want to go, and it finds who can get you there, how many stops it takes, and drafts the ask.

No scraping and no LinkedIn login. The second and third degree come from other members: everyone who joins adds their connections to one shared map, and everyone on it can search it. Built for the GW student who has no industry contacts yet and doesn't know that their roommate's cousin works at the exact company. Routes are scored on tie strength, people in common, shared employers and schools, then sorted warm, fair, loose.

TradeLead

Live · lead generation for tradespeople

Leads for plumbers, electricians and roofers, delivered by text at 9:30 every morning. TradeLead finds real local businesses, turns them into named contacts, writes the outreach for each one, and messages the operator when the day's batch is ready. Thousands of leads have gone out.

The interesting constraint was cost. Tradespeople will not pay agency prices, so the whole stack had to run for less than a dinner. Roughly $15 a month at launch. Break-even was two customers. That is the only reason the price works. Supabase, Railway, Google Places, Hunter, Claude, Twilio, Stripe. That's the whole company.
